Hidden among moss covered burrows in The Hollow, this magical woodland post room is where every Easter Bunny Letter begins its journey. Lantern light glows softly against the earthen walls while wooden shelves overflow with bundles of letters arriving from children across the world.
For it is here, deep beneath EverWood, that the Easter Bunny reads the wishes and stories of children everywhere.
The first stop for every letter arriving in EverWood is the Moss Mail Room.
In the enchanted woodland, letters do not travel by ordinary post. Instead they arrive as Moss Mail, carried quietly through the ancient root pathways beneath the Elder Tree.
Bundles of letters appear within the moss lined burrows where they are carefully gathered and sorted. Wooden pigeonholes stretch along the curved walls while wide sorting tables fill with green EverWood envelopes waiting to be prepared.
Each message is handled with great care, for every letter carries the excitement of a child waiting for Easter morning. Once sorted, the letters are carried deeper into the Bunny Postal Dept., to the writing desk of the Easter Bunny himself.

At the heart of the Bunny Postal Dept. sits the Easter Bunny’s writing desk.
Here the messages sent from homes and towns around the world are carefully read. Some letters share stories of kindness. Others speak of excitement for Easter morning and the magical visit that will soon arrive.
Every personalised Easter Bunny Letter is thoughtfully prepared so that each child feels the message has been written especially for them.
Printed on beautifully illustrated EverWood paper, the letters contain enchanting stories from the magical woodland itself. Children may discover tales of the great Elder Tree, the bustling EverWood Workshop, or the busy burrows of the Bunny Postal Dept.
Turn the letter over, and a magical EverWood delivery map reveals the routes the Easter Bunny travels as he prepares for his great journey on Easter Eve.
Chief Carrot Courier of EverWood
Once the letters have been written and signed, they travel across the sorting tables of the Bunny Postal Dept. to another very important desk. Known throughout EverWood as the Chief Carrot Courier, Stamper is the trusted keeper of the Bunny Postal Dept. postal mark. No Easter Bunny Letter may leave EverWood until Stamper has approved it.
With a firm thump of his wooden stamp, Stamper presses the official Bunny Postal Dept. seal onto each envelope. The EverWood postal mark appears proudly upon the parchment, confirming the letter is ready to travel far beyond the woodland. Only then can the envelopes be gathered into courier bundles and prepared for their magical journey across the world.

Beyond Stamper’s desk lies another busy part of the Bunny Postal Dept. known as Courier Corner.
Here the stamped letters are carefully organised into travelling bundles ready for Easter Eve. Wooden crates and wicker baskets fill the burrow floor while neatly tied stacks of envelopes wait patiently beside the sorting tables. Each bundle carries the official Bunny Postal Dept. stamp and EverWood postage mark, confirming it has been approved for delivery.
As Easter draws nearer, Courier Corner fills with more and more letters, each one waiting to begin its journey beyond the woodland.
Every Easter Bunny Letter sent from EverWood is designed to feel like a genuine message from the Easter Bunny himself.
Each letter is personalised in many magical ways so that every child feels truly known by the Easter Bunny. The stories inside reveal enchanting glimpses of EverWood and the woodland friends who help prepare for Easter each year. Once complete, the letter is placed into a signature EverWood envelope where Stamper adds the official Bunny Postal Dept. stamp and EverWood postage mark.
From that moment on, the letter becomes part of the great Easter post of EverWood.

Sometimes the Bunny Postal Dept. prepares a few extra surprises to travel alongside an Easter Bunny Letter. Carefully packed and stamped by Stamper before leaving EverWood, these magical additions help make the Easter Bunny’s visit feel even more real.

Here beneath the ancient roots of the Elder Tree, children’s messages arrive, letters are written, envelopes are stamped and courier bundles are prepared.
And when Easter Eve finally arrives, the Easter Bunny embarks on his magical journey across the world, guided by Rooty’s maps and carrying baskets filled with eggs, treats and bundles of Easter Bunny Letters.
